Not too much rocket science for this new stylish Tee for Nathan. I used my go-to pattern, Rae’s FLASHBACK SKINNY TEE, for the basis of the shirt. LOVE this pattern, as I think I’ve made it like a hundred times already (okay, well,…maybe 10x, not 100).

The animal pattern sleeves are from a baby onesie that Nathan got to wear about one time when he was little. The gray knit on the front and back piece are interlock yardage from JoAnns, and the brown collar and sleeve cuffs were from a knit shirt of mine in my clothing, to-be-recycled pile. It all came together so well.
The alligator I added about a week after I completed the shirt, wondering what would look just right in that spot. I remembered I had stenciled (freezer paper) a similar dogish onesie for N when he was little. There was a similar-looking alligator in the animal print on the sleeve print, so I basically copied that one. He’s cute, huh???!!! The wording was a natural addition after getting the alligator on there. So fun! I usually save my freezer paper stenciling for late nights in front of the tv with hubby. We enjoy doing crafts & movie time after N goes to bed.

….what you give to a toddler to keep him busy while you take cute pictures of him standing
on the table!!
Yes, I think he looks quite stylish in his new alligator tee. I love how it looks paired with his khaki cords and camo shoes!
